A transformative and intimate 5-night, 6-day retreat at Sagrada Holistic Ranch near the beautiful town of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. The program, inclusive of yoga, breath, sound, and ceremony has been crafted to facilitate an inward journey with the support of community in a setting filled with tranquility and natural beauty.

Life's difficulties have long been valued as vehicles for cultivating spiritual awakening, healing, and growth. The key to unlock the value hidden within difficulties lies in our ability to hold them with compassion and curiosity. This retreat provides a safe and supportive container for practicing the art of alchemizing difficulties into greater freedom.
Each day includes a mix of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound bath, facilitated communal ceremonies and discussion, and excursions to take in the vibrant sights, flavors, and attractions in and around San Miguel de Allende. There will also be free time to use in whatever way best supports your process (massage, sauna, pool, quiet contemplation, stargazing).

The Venue
Sagrada (meaning “sacred”) Holistic Ranch is set in a 300-year old botanical garden nestled on 37 acres in the countryside near San Miguel de Allende. An abundance of natural beauty and tranquility make this the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul.
Purify in the sauna, plunge into the cool waters of the natural spring-fed pool, stroll the gardens, or spend time with the resident donkeys for a little animal therapy. At night, gather around the bonfire or stargaze from one of the rooftop terraces.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get there? We recommend flying into Leon or Quaretaro (1.5 hr drive to SMA). Flights are not included and must be booked separately. Transportation to and from the airport will be arranged for you and is included in the cost. If you happen to be flying into another airport or driving to San Miguel de Allende please let us know so we can help accommodate you.
What's the deal with payments and cancellations? Once you’re accepted we’ll ask for a 50% deposit payment. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to the retreat. We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans change. If something serious comes up and you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll try to accommodate you as best as we can, but our official policy is that deposits are non-refundable. Because of this, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
My BFF / Partner and I want to do this thing together Awesome. Nothing beats traveling with your bestie. Just let us know if you are planning to stay in the same room so that we can offer you the double occupancy rate! And please indicate on your application your special someone’s name and we will take this into consideration when reviewing applications.
What’s the deal with transportation? A shuttle to and from the airport will be provided. We have a couple of excursions planned and transportation will be provided for these as well. Otherwise there isn’t really a need for transportation during our time together. If some unforeseen and extraordinary situation comes up we will work with you to arrange a driver.
I have dietary restrictions... No biggie: we can likely accommodate you. Just let us know ahead of time and we will be sure you are taken care of. Every meal will offer vegetarian options by default. This retreat will be alcohol-free.
What should I bring? Attire We’ll be doing a mix of indoor and outdoor activities so you’ll want to plan accordingly for the weather. Spring weather in San Miguel de Allende (SMA) is generally mild with little to no precipitation and daily temperatures ranging from 50-80F. Comfortable, loose-fitting or athleisure clothing is best for yoga, breathwork, and sound bath practices. Practices will be held both indoors and outdoors. Any outdoor practices held during the mornings or evenings are expected to be on the cooler side. The town of SMA is lined with beautiful cobblestone streets so sturdy footwear is recommended. Bathing suit for pool and hot springs Supplies and Stuff Yoga mats, bolsters, eye pillows and blankets will be available for your use. Of course you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer (we know how comforting it can be to practice on your own yoga mat!). A journal and writing utensil are highly recommended. Medications and toiletries to last you the week. A small amount of cash in pesos for any spontaneous purchases you might make during our excursions. Sunscreen. The retreat location rests at 6300 feet elevation so the sun might be a little more intense than you are used to at home (depending where you are coming from, of course!). Refillable water bottle. Sagrada provides filtered drinking water from faucets. Please bring a refillable water bottle to help cut down on waste. Headlamp or flashlight. This one is optional but nice to have. Sagrada is a collection of small buildings and casitas scattered across a couple of acres. The paths that connect the buildings are relatively well-lit, but it might be nice to have a little extra illumination for getting around at night
Is there WiFi available? While you are welcome to bring and use digital devices, we ask that you plan for limited connectivity. The retreat venue only has one casita with wifi and cellular data coverage is iffy. This is a great opportunity for a digital detox as you practice mindful presence in your body, mind, heart, and soul.
