Hi There!

My name is Steve Garrity. I've been a life long seeker. What have I been seeking? Answers to the big questions: What the hell is going on here? What is my purpose? Why does life seem so hard? What is the true nature of reality. Along the way I've encountered many answers from a variety of traditions, philosophies and perspectives. I'm having a blast playing with all the pieces: putting them together, pulling them apart, seeing what patterns emerge, peering deeply, with an open heart, and curious mind. Oh yeah...I also like to teach yoga.
